The company started the business in 1978 under the name Kakkar and Associates Limited. It provided management consulting services to a wide variety of clientele, especially manufacturing companies. Prior to the incorporation of Harcorp Inc. in 2011, assurance work was performed by H. Kakkar FCPA Auditor, FCMA.
